Management is a key factor for our ability to achieve our goals. Management is about how we create results. Management is about people, and about how we succeed in developing organisations. This means that management is essential for companies’ value creation and efficiency, for human welfare and well-being – and for you and me.

We contribute to the development of management in Denmark by writing articles, books and by giving lectures.

Performance culture in the new KMD

When the public sector company KMD is privatised in 2009, the company has to learn to operate on commercial terms. One of the challenges is to restructure all the management procedures in the company – in one go.
